Important: texts to be analyzed in Eaagle must be located in the same column of an Excel file. First row is considered as a header.
Upload your data file on Eaagle server as described below :
- Drag and drop your Excel file into the "Drop Files Here" frame,
- Click on "Upload",
- Once upload is done, click on "Next".
You may upload 1 single file per project.
By default, project name is formatted after upload as such: "File name + Date + Time". You may change it by deleting the default value.
In case you are authorized by your Eaagle administrator to use Eaagle applications, you may choose an application. You may or not link a project to one application. Should you not be willing to link a project to an application, please confirm at next popup after clicking on "Next".
Large sized file upload is limited to 30 Mb. Should you want to upload larger files, please contact Eaagle ( support@eaagle.com )
In case an error message comes up after upload, your file may not be correctly formatted. Depending on the situation, error message will give you an explanation of malfunction.
In order to ensure success in uploading data files, please make sure that :
- Texts to be analyzed are located in the same column and in the first sheet of your Excel file
- There are no blank columns between non-blank columns
- All columns are named differently in row 1 : row 1 is considered as header, hence not included in analysis
- There is a minimum of texts in your file (more than 80).
- Texts do not contain special caracters (which may happen with data extracted from the web or from some databases or from the Web / Social Networks)
Tip in case error remains: create a new blank Excel sheet, copy your data as "value" in the new sheet, retry upload. Else send your file to Eaagle Support ( support@eaagle.com )
