1/ Account management for users of a CORPORATE account : 
 
Should you text credit not be sufficient, you can send a request for refill to account administrator when needed by clicking on "REFILL MY ACCOUNT" tab. 

When doing so, your Eaagle account administrator instantly receives your request by email.

 
2/ Account management for CORPORATE account administrators and PROFESSIONAL account holders : 
 
If you are administor of a CORPORATE  account or PROFESSIONAL account holder, you may manage your account by clicking on "MANAGE MY ACCOUNT" tab.
 
Account home page provides with infos on your account and it's activity, such as the available balance of your account, the Eaagle edition your have subscribed, the latest debits or credits on your account. Debits mention projects name, dates and number of texts.
  • Check your Account History

Go to "My Account History" tab to check all debits and credits on your account since it was activated. You may export  debits and credits to Excel since you account was opened by clicking on "Export to Excel" button.

  • Refill your Account

Click on "Refill my Account" tab to request for a refill to account administrator when needed. When doing so, your Account Administrator receives the request by email. This option is applicable to PROFESSIONAL and CORPORATE accounts.

  • Check you order history

Click on "My Orders" tab to get a list of your orders since you account was opened. As long as "Paid" checkbox remains unchecked, it means your order has not been validated by Eaagle yet,.To do so, click on Pay or contact your Eaagle Sales rep (sales@eaagle.com ).

  • Check you pending order(s)

Click on "My Pending Orders" tab to get a list of your non validated orders.Orders are validated by Eaagle sales team ( sales@eaagle.com ). You may also cancel an order by clicking on "Delete".

  • Manage Account Settings

This section enables to upgrade your account, change information, and cutomize your user interface.

Edition Tab: enables to upgrade currrent edition.

When you upgrade edition, you will receive a request for payment by email. As soon asEaagle Sales Department has validated the order, your account is credited: you get notified by email when your account is credited. You may upgrage from 'PROFESSIONAL' edition to 'CORPORATE' edition: however, downgrading edition is not possible.

Administrator tab enables to change information on Administrator : please note that :

  • (*) means the field is mandatory
  • Email is used as login name, hence cannot be changed by user
  • You may keep the existing password by clicking on “Do not change password”. Else you will have to change password to validate changes.

Company tab enables to change or update company’s information

  • (*) means the field is mandatory
  • For European Community companies, please enter VAT number

Customization tab enables to personnalize your Eaagle Online application with your logo

  • Your logo will replace Eaagle's on the top left of any screen.
  • Make sure logo link is correct (example: htttp://yoursite.com/mycompany.jpg)
  • Logo image should not exceed 300 * 380 pixels
  • Manage Users
    • This menu enables to create additional users on the same account.
    • You can create up to 9,999 users at no extra charge
    • To create a new user, click on "NEW USER" and fill the form. As soon as you have filled this form, the user will be notified by email
    • You cannot create 2 different users with the same login id (email). If you have multiple Eaagle Accounts, they cannot be used with the same login id (email).
    • If you have created Eaagle Applications and intend to authorize a user to use an Eaagle Application, click on "Modify" on a user's name and select which Application(s) the users is authorized to use
    • This option is available for Administrators of CORPORATE accounts only.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT FORGET TO  CLICK ON "SAVE" AFTER UPDATING INFORMATION.
